Staff End-of-the-Year Activity
As the school year came to a close, the staff at A.L. Holmes Academy decided to celebrate with a fun team-building activity at Painting with a Twist. We selected a Detroit-themed painting, which was the perfect choice to showcase our city pride.
Approximately 20 staff members participated, and everyone had a wonderful time relaxing, laughing, and enjoying each other's company outside of the school setting. We made it a potluck-style event, with staff bringing a variety of delicious snacks and refreshments, including cheese and crackers, dip, fresh fruit, pinwheel sandwiches, and drinks.
The two-hour event was filled with creativity, conversation, and plenty of fun. It was a great opportunity for staff to come together, reflect on a successful school year, and celebrate the hard work and dedication of our A.L. Holmes team.
